I help people build real strength and healthy habits through training and food that actually fits their life. Especially if they’re starting from zero. No gym required.

With a background as a yacht chef and crew, I know what it’s like to stay consistent when you have no routine, no control over your environment and always-on demands. I’ve cooked for guests all over the world, trained in tiny spaces between shifts and learned how to make healthy habits work when conditions are far from ideal.

That experience shapes everything about how I coach – practical, flexible and built around real life not ideal conditions. Despite the nice photos I might share, it’s not always plain sailing.

I work with people who want to:

  • Eat well without tracking every calorie or obsessing over numbers
  • Move in ways that feel good rather than like punishment
  • Build fitness habits that actually fit their lifestyle
  • Make progress without needing a perfect routine or extreme approach

Personally, I’m not big on quick fixes, transformation photos or extreme plans. The goal isn’t to do everything at once. We take small steps that add up over time to make progress that lasts. My aim is for you to feel stronger, healthier and happier on your terms.

Your coach in your pocket

Online coaching doesn’t mean live workouts, endless video calls or being left to figure it all out alone.

Through the app you’ll have your personalised workout plan laid out week by week with exercise videos and instructions built in. Recipes and meal ideas in the same place. Daily habits to tick off. A weekly check-in so nothing gets stuck and everything adjusts as your life does.

You train on your schedule – whether that’s 20 minutes at home with a resistance band, a session at the gym when you can get there or a walk on a day when that’s genuinely all you’ve got.

I’m available for questions between sessions and your plan adjusts every week based on how things are actually going, not how they were supposed to go.
