As a both nutrition coach and yacht chef, I bring a wealth of experience in creating balanced, sustainable health plans tailored to individual needs. Goal setting, habit forming and time management are a key part of my coaching. All the action steps we will negotiate will be SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-based). So you can wave goodbye to vague intentions and instead be confident you will take each step at a time to get you there.
After completing this program you will feel educated and empowered to continue to build on the foundations we have created together. You will not be following random, generic advice but a totally personalised plan that you are personally invested in.
How it works: Your Roadmap to Positive Change
- Online Coaching Sessions:
- Welcome Chat: An introductory meeting to tell me about yourself and discuss your goals. Complete your questionnaire and food diary before the next session.
- Week 1 Initial Consultation: 1.5h. We will review your food diary, discuss your nutritional assessment with dietary software, and create a customised action plan with recipes and guidance tailored to your needs. I’ll equip you with personalised recipes, recommendations and guidance to set you up for success.
- Week 3 Follow up Consultation: 30 mins. You have had two weeks to implement changes and send me your updated food diary for analysis. We will discuss your progress and adjust your action steps.
- Week 4 Final Consultation: 30 mins. We will celebrate your success and agree how you will maintain your new lifestyle.
- Email/WhatsApp Check-ins: Stay on track with check-ins for accountability and quick support
- Food Diary Analysis: Thorough analysis at the beginning to establish a baseline and identify areas for improvement. Reviews and feedback on your food diary entries to adjust your plan at each consultation to ensure steady progress.
- Supplement recommendations if appropriate.
- Resources: Personalised meal plans, shopping lists, recipes for diverse and enjoyable foods tailored to your tastes including batch cooking and make-ahead options. Information sheets and habit trackers to keep you moving forward.

I’m passionate about helping people make positive changes to their health and well-being. I want to guide you to make simple, manageable changes that you can maintain in the long-term. I think it’s so important not to feel overwhelmed by trying to achieve ‘perfection’ and working with a coach can give you the direction and accountability that you need. In my role as a yacht chef I’m also used to planning menus in places where it’s pretty challenging to find the ingredients, never mind then trying to cook when you’re being attacked by your pans flying about in a tiny kitchen. So I’m all about making it as easy and flexible as possible to make tasty, healthy food.

FAQs
Can we continue working together after the initial program? Absolutely! Ongoing support is available to ensure your continued success.
How do I book the consultations? Online sessions give us flexibility in scheduling consultations to accommodate different time zones and busy schedules. You have access to my calendar on my coaching platform so you’ll see which week we are due a meeting and can book at a time to suit you.
Will I have to give up eating any foods or drinking alcohol? I won’t be calling the shots, we will negotiate your plan together that gives you the best chances of success. Personally I believe that everything in moderation is much more achievable than an all-or-nothing approach.
What if I have dietary restrictions or preferences? This program is totally flexible and can be tailored to accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions. I have plenty of experience creating menus for a wide range of yacht guests, if you don’t like certain foods – they’re off the menu no questions asked.
How do I receive recipes and menu plans? You’ll have the option to access your menu plans and recipes online, allowing you to easily change quantities and swap things around. Alternatively, you can receive them as an easy-to-print PDF that you can stick on the fridge!
What if I have a busy schedule and find it hard to stick to a plan? We will work together to create a plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle, including strategies for menu planning and bulk cooking. This way, you can enjoy healthy meals without spending too much time in the kitchen.
Do you offer support for people transitioning to a plant-based diet? Whether you want to transition fully or partially to a plant-based diet, I can provide guidance, recipes, and meal plans that make the transition smooth and enjoyable. You don’t have to be following a vegetarian, vegan or plant-based diet (or want to!) but you will be eating more plants. I have dedicated packages for this which may be more suitable more you.
What happens once I’ve finished my package? Many clients choose to continue with my 3-Month 360° Transform Your Health package for more sustained support and deeper transformation. You can also opt for ongoing monthly check-ins to maintain your progress. After completing your programme, you’ll still receive your dose of motivation in your inbox via my newsletter, as well as being the first to know about any new offers, resources or group programmes on the horizon!
Do you offer any referral or gifting options? Yes, I offer a referral program where you can earn discounts or other incentives for referring new clients. Additionally, you can gift any of our packages to a friend or family member, making it a perfect present for someone looking to improve their health and wellness.
