Working onboard or managing a busy, unpredictable schedule can make it feel impossible to stay consistent with your health. My 1:1 coaching is designed for people like you: yacht crew, entrepreneurs, shift workers, busy mums or anyone whose lifestyle doesn’t fit neatly into a 9–5 routine!

I help yacht crew and other busy professionals build strength, fitness and sustainable healthy habits through a flexible, plant-based plan that adapts to life on board without live workouts, strict diets or tracking every calorie.

I understand what it’s like when your schedule changes every week, your days blur together and your routines fall apart every time work gets busy so we’ll build something that work with it.

My role as your coach

I help yacht crew build strength, fitness and healthy habits through a flexible plan that adapts to life on board so they can finally see results that last beyond the season.

💬 What coaching actually looks like

Online coaching doesn’t mean live workouts, endless Zoom calls, tracking every calorie or being left to figure it all out alone

It’s flexible structure and consistent support that fit around your life, not another thing you have to squeeze into it

  • You’ll train on your own schedule, whether that’s a gym session, a run when you’re in port or a short bodyweight workout between shifts
  • You’ll check in weekly through the app to share your progress, wins and challenges and I’ll give feedback, adapt your plan and keep you accountable
  • You’ll have messaging access for questions and support, so you’re never left wondering what to do next
  • We’ll have a monthly coaching call to reflect on your progress, talk through any barriers and plan for what’s ahead

I know people can make it look so easy! Sign up to that gym, book your weekly PT and smash your weekly food shop. Whereas on board as soon as you sign up to the gym you’ll be changing port, your PT session will clash with being on watch and maybe you’re not the chef so you have a lot less control over your food.

After years working on yachts, I understand how unpredictable crew life can be with long hours, limited space and constantly changing routines. That’s why I coach differently: I help you make progress even when your schedule isn’t perfect.

We’ll work together in 12-week blocks, divided into three stages:

  1. Foundations: master the basics of nutrition, training and recovery
  2. Integration: apply them in your daily life, adapting around real challenges
  3. Optimisation: refine your routine, build consistency and feel confident maintaining progress

After your first 12 weeks, you can choose to continue with biweekly coaching for ongoing progress, accountability and support as you build independence. By the end of this first block, you’ll have the confidence to make balanced choices wherever you are without relying on willpower or rigid plans. You’ll feel stronger, more energised, and finally able to sustain habits that fit your lifestyle

Why me?

I’m passionate about helping people make positive, sustainable changes to their health without the pressure to be perfect. Working as a yacht chef has taught me how to create balanced, realistic meals even in the most unpredictable conditions for all different tastes so I know what works. I love encouraging people to enjoy movement and exercise and find what feels good for them. We’re all so different but for all of us: investing in your health means investing in your happiness!

❓ FAQ

Q: Do I have to be vegan or vegetarian to do this?

A: Definitely not, but you should be open to eating more plants! Whether you’re a full veggie, a flexitarian or just curious about eating more plant-based, we’ll make it work for you

Q: Will you give me a strict meal plan?

A: It’s all up to you, you’ll get tasty recipes to suit you and guidance of what to look for when you’re not the one doing the cooking. I find education and inspiration works better than a strict meal plan when you feel you need to hit every meal

Q: I’ve tried programs before and always fallen off. How is this different?

A: Most plans ask you to change your life to fit the programme. I help you build a plan that fits your life. This means no pressure to be perfect just a steady rebuild that you can actually stick to

Q: Do you track weight or body fat?

A: That’s totally up to you. If tracking weight or measurements helps you feel more in control of your progress, we can include it but there’s no pressure from me. Health is so much more than the scale. Your energy, strength, mood and consistency are often better indicators of what’s actually working

Q: What if I have specific goals (like running, strength, or energy)?

A: Perfect. We tailor your plan around your personal goals and lifestyle. Whether it’s nailing your first 5K, doing a push-up or simply feeling better in your skin, we’ll get you there together
