  • Email Check-ins: Weekly to maintain accountability and adjust your plan as needed.
  • Food Diary Analysis: Thorough analysis at the beginning to establish a baseline and identify areas for improvement. Regular reviews and feedback on your food diary entries to ensure steady progress.
  • Supplement recommendations if appropriate.
  • Resources: Personalized meal plans, shopping lists, and recipes for diverse and enjoyable plant-based eating including batch cooking and make-ahead options.

Why me?

I’m passionate about sharing the benefits of a plant-based diet and I made this program to guide you to make simple, manageable changes that you can maintain in the long-term. I think it’s so important not to feel overwhelmed by trying to achieve ‘perfection’ as all steps you take to shift your diet to being more plant-based are positive. A more flexitarian approach can suit many people and all-or-nothing isn’t the only way!
