  • You’ve tried before but it falls apart as soon as life gets busy
  • You feel intimidated by the gym but aren’t sure working out at home would actually do anything
  • You want to eat better but don’t want to track every calorie or follow a rigid meal plan
  • You keep waiting for things to calm down before you start
  • You want someone in your corner who will adjust your plan when life gets in the way rather than expecting perfection

This is probably not for you if:

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or a drastic short-term change
  • You want a copy-and-paste plan that’s the same for everyone
  • You’re not willing to check in weekly or communicate when things aren’t working

What’s included:

FITNESS
3 strength-focused sessions per week, max 30 minutes.

Choose the pathway that fits your situation:

Optional mobility and running sessions available if you want them. If you already do other activities we’ll talk during onboarding about how to structure your week so everything feels manageable rather than like extra.

NUTRITION

Balanced nutrition guidance without tracking every calorie. You’ll have recipes ready for you in the app with ingredients you can add directly to a shopping list.

Optional meal logging is available if you want to use it but it’s a tool, not a requirement. We focus on building a balanced plate and understanding what actually fuels you rather than obsessing over numbers.

HABITS + MINDSET

Daily habits set around your goals: steps, hydration and small wins.

Each week I’ll share mindset and educational content to help you reflect, learn and build habits that last well beyond the six weeks. This is what ties everything together.

Your coach in your pocket

Everything lives in the app: your workouts, recipes, habit tracker, check-ins and messaging. You don’t need to juggle multiple platforms or figure anything out alone.

Your workouts are laid out week by week with exercise videos and instructions built in. You can rearrange days to suit your schedule when life happens and the plan moves with you.

Your recipes are ready to browse, save to a meal planner and add to a shopping list. No separate spreadsheets or documents to keep track of.

Your habits sit on your dashboard every day, just tick them off and build your streak. Leave comments or notes on anything you want me to know about.

Your weekly check-in arrives in the app every Saturday. Complete it by Monday and I’ll review and respond within 24 hours with personalised feedback and any adjustments to your plan.

The week you least feel like checking in is the most important one.

Making the most of the programme

You don’t need to do everything perfectly from day one. We layer things in gradually and focus on what’s most helpful for you at each stage.

A few things that make the biggest difference:

  • Decide your non-negotiables each week. Ideal might be all three workouts. Minimum might be one workout and your daily steps. Both count
  • Choose one meal prep moment per week. It doesn’t have to be everything, one batch of snacks or a double portion of dinner is already a win
  • Set a daily movement anchor. A lunchtime walk or an after-work loop so movement becomes automatic rather than another decision to make
  • Complete your check-in honestly. The more detail you give me, the better I can adjust your plan. If something isn’t working, tell me – that’s what I’m here for

FAQs

Q: Do I need any equipment?
A: Not for the bodyweight pathway. If you choose the bands and dumbbells option, a pair of light dumbbells and a short resistance band is all you need. You can start with household items like water bottles and upgrade later.

Q: What if I already go to the gym or run?
A: We’ll talk during onboarding and build your plan around what you already do so it feels manageable rather than like extra work on top.

Q: Do I have to track calories?
A: No. Tracking is optional and always your choice. We focus on building a balanced plate and understanding what fuels you rather than hitting exact numbers.

Q: What if I miss a workout or have a bad week?
A: That’s part of the process not a reason to give up. Your plan adjusts every week based on how things are actually going not how they were supposed to go. The check-in is where we figure out what to do next.

Q: What happens after six weeks?
A: Most clients move into Next Level, my 8-week programme that progresses your training and refines your nutrition. After that, Stay Consistent is monthly rolling support with no fixed commitment. You never get dropped at the end of six weeks with no idea what’s next.
